ဒါဟာ benzimidazole ဖြစ်ပေါ်နိုင်ရင့်ကျက်ခြင်းနှင့်ကျွဲနှင့်အူလမ်းကြောင်းနှင့်အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာဝေစာ၏ nestodes နှင့် cestodes ၏ကုသမှုများအတွက်ကျယ်ပြန့်ရောင်စဉ် anthelmintic ။ rafoxanide သည် ၈ ပတ် ကျော်လွန်၍ ရင့်ကျက်။ မရင့်ကျက်သော fasciola sp ကိုဆန့်ကျင်သည်။
